Helping you navigate and survive the Family Law process
without the need for lawyers!
Firstly, we're sincerely sorry that you've had to go through this process. It's awful and nobody wins!

However, you do need to take control and start putting things in place, not only for your future sake, but also for any children who will no doubt be affected in some way by the end result.

The average wait time now to have a matter listed in the Family or Federal Circuit Courts is between 3 to 6 years!...nobody wants that!. The financial, emotional and physically toll on everyone can be irriversable.

The first step in taking control is understanding how the system works, exploring your options, deciding what you want the end result to look like, what resources are available, what you can and can't do yourself....and consequently, what you need help with.

Many friends and family will tell you to get a family lawyer on Day One, and sometimes that in necessary, however in 70% of cases, the bulk of the initial work can be done by you (with the help of someone like us), and then if need be, you can bring the lawyers into the picture once most of the grunt work has been done,. This will save you a small fortune and in most cases, you may be able to reach an agreement with the other party without needing legal.

We will hold your hand, provide advice and guidance, tell you what you need to know, help you prepare, be a sounding board, and support you from start to don't have to do this alone!

"I found Gil late in the piece, but I wish I had of found him much earlier as his advice would have changed the course of my case significantly"
